Delaware Supreme Court Recognizes that Revelations About Flawed Microscopic Hair Comparison Expert Testimony are “Extremely Troubling” And Urges  “Close Scrutiny”

The Delaware Supreme Court recently recognized that in several Delaware prosecutions expert forensic testimony about Microscopic Hair Comparison (MHC)  was unreliable and “exceeded the limits of science.”  The Court recognized that the revelations about this testimony were “extremely troubling” and urged close scrutiny of these cases.
