Influential People in Law in Delaware

Executive Director of the Innocence Project Delaware, Claudia Trupp was named one of the 13 most influential people in law in Delaware by Delaware Online.

According to the article “For years, Delaware was one of the few states in the country without an organization specifically charged with advocating for the falsely accused and unfairly convicted. That changed with the introduction of the Delaware Innocence Project in 2019.”

It continues “Trupp recently took over as executive director after years of litigating post-conviction innocence claims in New York.”

While the acknowledgment is much appreciated and the visibility good for the program, there is much work to be done. We’re looking forward to seeing a positive change in Delaware.
